Niger State Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago has congratulated Sony Otache, founder of Crusader Radio and a prominent civil society advocate, on his appointment as North Central Zone Coordinator of the National Council of NGOs and Civil Society Organisations of Nigeria (NCNCSON).
