Ifeanyi Ajaegbu, the leading Aspirant in the Labour Party’ for the Abuja Municipal Area Council chairmanship position, has expressed profound sorrow over the tragic tanker explosion that occurred on Wednesday evening near the Karu Bridge along the Abuja-Keffi Expressway. The incident, involving a petrol-laden tanker, resulted in multiple fatalities and extensive property damage, with reports indicating that at least six people lost their lives and numerous vehicles were destroyed.

Mr. Ajaegbu who is a logistics mogul, extended his heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims and wished the injured a swift recovery. He emphasized the urgent need for enhanced safety measures on Nigerian highways, particularly concerning vehicles transporting hazardous materials.
