🌙 Ramadan 2026

Charity, Sincerity and the Test of Intention

🌙 RAMADAN SPECIAL
30 Days of Taqwa. Discipline. National Renewal.

“Actions are judged by intentions…” — Sahih al-Bukhari

Ramadan multiplies reward.

But reward is anchored in intention.

Charity during this month increases across Nigeria. Food drives expand. Public gestures grow visible. Yet sincerity remains invisible — and decisive.

Giving that humiliates erodes dignity. Giving that advertises excessively risks diluting purity.

The Qur’an cautions against nullifying charity through injury or showmanship (Qur’an 2:264).

Ramadan invites quiet generosity.

It teaches that the hand that gives should not seek applause. It should seek acceptance.

The true measure of charity is not visibility.
It is transformation — both of the receiver and the giver.

Ramadan purifies wealth.
But intention purifies the soul.
