Mohamed Salah confirmed he will leave Liverpool FC at the end of the 2025-2026 season, concluding a remarkable nine-year career at Anfield.

The 33-year-old Egypt international shared the news via a heartfelt video: “Unfortunately, the day has come. This is the first part of my farewell. I will be leaving Liverpool at the end of the season.” An official statement from Liverpool FC confirmed that both Salah and the club had mutually agreed on this decision.

During his time at Liverpool, Salah secured 255 goals in 435 appearances, ranking third on the club’s all-time top scorers list. His remarkable achievements include four Premier League Golden Boots. He also helped Liverpool claim two Premier League titles, the UEFA Champions League, and the FIFA Club World Cup.
