The Kano State Government has dismissed allegations that aides to Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf diverted ₦6.5bn in state funds. Officials described the claims, now before the Federal High Court, as “politically motivated falsehoods,” accusing opposition groups of orchestrating smear campaigns to destabilise the administration.
